Meditation to Think Before You Speak

This meditation helps you cultivate mindfulness and self-control, empowering you to think before you speak. The focus on the lips, which connect to the Second Chakra (Sacral Chakra) and Sixth Chakra (Ajna Chakra), brings awareness to both physical impulses and mental clarity.

Chanting the mantra activates a tingling sensation in the lips, harmonizing these chakras to balance communication and expression. It calms the mind, enhances self-regulation, and fosters thoughtful and intentional speech.

This practice not only supports conscious speech but also harmonizes the energy of your body, improving your overall awareness and capacity for balanced expression.
