Meditation to Open the Heart

Unlock Your Potential for Love and Compassion

1971

A closed heart leads to feelings of isolation and negativity. This meditation can help open the heart, to embrace love and connection. This meditation also aims to empower your positive mind to balance the negative mind, allowing you to reach a neutral center and view life with compassion and understanding. By achieving this balance, your mind serves your heart more effectively, and you naturally strengthen your heart center, cultivating qualities like love, service, and compassion.

This practice acknowledges both sides of the heart – its capacity for both love and pain, joy and sorrow. Experience this energy flowing through you, going out, and coming back to you, fostering a sense of interconnectedness and union.
