This meditation is great to pair with a yoga, set and/or pranayama session. It refines your intuition and expands your awareness to help you sense the flow in any situation. It is also useful for connecting to the energy of your team and sensing what they and any opponents are about to do.

Posture & Mudra:
Sit in Easy Pose (Sukhasana) with a straight spine, Neck Lock (Jalandhara Bandha), and the hands in Gyan Mudra.
Movement & Breath:
Consciously release tension from your spine outward. Visualize tension melting away, vertebrae by vertebrae, as you relax your entire body.
Eyes/Dristhi:
1/10th open, with the eyes looking downward. Focus your mental attention at the Third Eye Point (Ajna Chakra).
Mindful Attention:
First Cycle (11 minutes): Focus on deep relaxation, allowing your body to become completely still and quiet.
Second Cycle (11 minutes): With a relaxed body and focused mind, open yourself to heightened intuition.
Duration:
Continue for 22 minutes.
