Meditation to Be On Your Own Side

August 6, 1992

Self-destruction can consume 80-85% of our life-force energy. Under the additional pressures of the change of the age, those who can survive and thrive will only be those who can change and stop defeating themselves. Giving up all the ways we defeat ourselves leads to peace of mind and self-respect. It is said that this meditation helps you make that change and find completeness in your purity and piety.
