Meditation to Be Boldly Yourself
This meditation builds self-esteem, instills confidence, and fosters courage. By affirming your inner qualities and embracing fearlessness, you build on your sense of worth and inner power.
Practicing it for just a few minutes twice daily strengthens your ability to excel in life with grace and determination.

Posture & Mudra:
Sit in Easy Pose (Sukhasana) with a straight spine. Place your hands in Gyan Mudra, and rest your wrists on your knees.
Mantra & Breath:
Exhale completely, hold your breath out, and mentally repeat:
“EXCEL, EXCEL, FEARLESS.”
Inhale deeply, suspend your breath, and mentally repeat:
“I AM BOUNTIFUL. I AM BLISSFUL. I AM BEAUTIFUL.”
Eyes/Drishti:
Choose one of the following focal points:
- Look at the center of your chin through closed eyes.
- Focus on the Tip of the Nose (Lotus Point) with eyes 1/10th open.
Duration:
Practice for 3 minutes, twice daily.
