This meditation helps you connect with the Third Chakra (Manipura Chakra), the center of personal power and the strength of your nervous system. If you are looking to connect with grit and your total inner strength, do this meditation. Once perfected, you can practice it with Root Lock applied the entire time.

Posture & Mudra:
Sit in Easy Pose (Sukhasana) with a straight spine. Place the hands in Pranam Mudra (Prayer Pose). Make sure all parts of the palm are touching with equal force.
Mantra:
Chant the mantra “HUMEE HUM BRAHM HUM” with the tip of the tongue.

Movement & Breath:
As you chant each word of the mantra pull in your Navel Point and press the palms together. Release the pressure between each word.
Eyes/Drishti:
Eyes are 1/10 open and focused at the Tip of the Nose (Lotus Point).
Duration:
Continue for 11 Minutes. This meditation is only done for 11 minutes, no more or less.
Ending:
- Inhale deeply and hold your breath for 15 seconds.
- Pull your navel in and press the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth as you hold, then exhale.
- Repeat this sequence two more times.
- Relax.
