Posture & Mudra:

Sit in Easy Pose (Sukhasana). Bring your hands in Gyan Mudra, and relax your other fingers, allowing them to gently curve. Rest your hands on your knees, palms facing up. Keep your spine straight and your neck elongated. Apply a strong Neck Lock (Jalandhara Bandha), and you may feel a slight stretch in your shoulders.

Mantra & Breath:

Chant the mantra “HUMEE HUM BRAHM HUM” by vibrating the root of your tongue. Maintain a firm Neck Lock, and you’ll feel a deep sensation in your throat.

Suggested recording: Humee Hum by Nirinjan Kaur from the album Musical Affirmations Collection Volume 2.

Eyes/Drishti:

Focus on the Tip of the Nose.

Duration:

Continue for 11 minutes.
