Meditation for Keeping You Steady and On the Path

Posture & Mudra:
Sit in Easy Pose (Sukhasana) with a straight spine. Place the right palm face down on the back of the left hand. Bring both hands in front of your torso at the level of the Heart Center (Anahata Chakra).
Eyes/Drishti:
Focus your eyes at the Tip of the Nose (Lotus Point) or leave them 1/10th open.
Mantra & Breath:
Inhale deeply and chant the mantra “HARI NAM SAT NAM HARI NAM HARI, HARI NAM SAT NAM SAT NAM HARI” three times as you exhale.
Duration:
Continue for 31 minutes.
