Meditation for Change
October 22, 1971
Change is a universal law, but the ego often resists it, creating internal conflict and blocking growth. This meditation is said to help align the small self with the higher Self, allowing for clear communication and transformation. By bridging the gap between perception and reality, it reduces doubt, enhances auric radiance, and fosters happiness and adaptability during change.
Through consistent practice, this meditation can unblock subconscious communication, dissolve ego-driven barriers, and facilitate self-assessment. Over time, it nurtures maturity, potential, and the surrender needed to navigate change with grace and radiance.

Posture & Mudra:
Sit in Easy Pose (Sukhasana) with a straight spine, lifting the chest. Curl your fingers and rest the fingertips on the pads just below each finger.
Bring the hands together at the center of the chest so they touch at only two points:
- The middle knuckles of the middle fingers.
- The pads of the thumbs.
Extend the thumbs toward the heart center and press them together gently.
Eyes/Drishti:
Closed.
Breath:
Practice Long Deep Breathing. Inhale and exhale deeply, following the flow of the breath.
Duration:
Continue for 31 minutes. With mastery, you can extend the practice by another 31 minutes after a 5-minute rest.
Ending:
- Inhale deeply, and exhale completely.
- Relax for 5 minutes.
