Meditation For Beauty & Relaxation

May 21 and 22, 1975

This meditation is designed to support physical beauty and inner radiance by deeply relaxing the nervous system and activating the glandular system. It builds endurance and encourages an inner calm that naturally projects outward, helping the practitioner radiate peace, vitality, and grace. You will know your body is relaxing when holding the mudras becomes uncomfortable.
