Posture & Mudra: 

Sit in Rock Pose (Vajrasana) with your knees touching your partner’s. Lean back, bringing the top of your head onto the floor and your arms by your sides in Fish Pose (Supta Virasana).

Eyes/Drishti:

Closed.

Mindful Attention:

Open yourself up and go into a deep sleep.

Duration: 

Continue for 3 minutes. (Originally up to 31 minutes.)

Ending: 

Inhale deeply and straighten your neck. Exhale, stretch out your legs and relax.
