Holy Fire Kriya

March 20, 1978

This meditation is called Holy Fire Kriya, because it is like a holy fire that changes your state of consciousness almost instantly, when practiced accurately. It is thought to stimulate one’s devotional essence, or Bhakti, by adjusting the hypothalamus of the brain. When our emotions are converted to devotion, we can have lasting happiness, the kind that endures through all outside environments, influences, and situations.
