Eliminate Inner Conflict
October 24, 2000
In this meditation you can profoundly dissolve inner conflict by connecting deeply with the mantra and understanding its essence. Through chanting, hearing, and internalizing HUMEE HUM BRAHM HUM—which translates to “We are one, we are God”—you transcend self-rejection, fear, and uncommunicative tendencies. This process clears the personality of conflict, allowing for authentic and effective communication.
By developing the capacity to hear and understand your words, you transform self-rejection into self-acceptance and dissolve barriers that prevent authentic connection. It encourages confronting reality and elevating others—friends and adversaries alike—through sincere and effective communication. This practice strengthens the ability to face life’s challenges with clarity and truthfulness.
