This meditation offers a profound and rapid way to unlock your heart center. The powerful bij mantra (seed sound) “HUM” resonates with the concept of “We, the total Universe” and facilitates a deep connection with the vastness inside of you.

Posture & Mudra:
Sit in Easy Pose (Sukhasana). Extend your arms out to the sides, parallel to the ground. Bend your elbows at a 90-degree angle, bringing your forearms straight up and hands into Gyan Mudra .
Breath & Mantra:
- Inhale deeply and engage Root Lock (Mula Bandha). Then chant the mantra “HUM” 16 times as you release the breath.
- Inhale deeply and then completely exhale four times. Hold your breath out after each exhale.
- Repeat the chanting sequence, this time chanting “HUM” 20 times as you release the breath.
- After chanting, inhale deeply and then completely exhale four times. Hold your breath out after each exhale.
- Then repeat again, chanting “HUM” 24 times as you release the breath.
- After chanting, inhale deeply and then completely exhale four times. Hold your breath out after each exhale.
