Antar Naad Mudra Meditation
Sensitize Yourself to Sacred Sound
The Antar Naad Mudra Meditation, also known as Kabadshe Meditation, is a simple yet powerful meditation believed to unlock your full potential. It was traditionally required to master this mantra, SA RE SA SA, before beginning any other mantra practice. It’s said to:
- Open your chakras, allowing other mantras to have their maximum effect.
- Enhance your creativity and prosperity.
- Shield you from negativity and strengthen your aura.
- Empower your words and bring good luck.

Posture & Mudra:
Sit in Easy Pose (Sukhasana) with a light Neck Lock (Jalandhara Bandha). Form Buddhi Mudra with both hands, eeping the other fingers relaxed but straight. Rest them on your knees with the arms straight.
Breath & Mantra:
Chant the mantra:
“SA RE SA SA, SA RE SA SA, SA RE SA SA, SA RUNG, HAR RE HAR HAR, HAR RE HAR HAR, HAR RE HAR HAR, HAR RUNG”.
- If using a recording, listen to the chant for a minute, feeling its sound and rhythm resonate within you.
- Then begin chanting along with the recording.
Mindful attention:
Aim for complete stillness, both physically and mentally. Imagine yourself as a calm ocean, unruffled by external waves.
Duration:
Continue for 11 to 31 minutes.
