L&rsquo;intuition est une force pr\u00e9cieuse qui peut apporter opportunit\u00e9s, bienveillance et succ\u00e8s. Le lobe frontal influence la personnalit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;hypothalamus les fonctions autonomes\u00a0; d\u00e9velopper ces deux zones est cens\u00e9 am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de vie.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Cette pratique serait \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s utile au moment de la mort, car respirer par les deux narines active la Shushumna Nadi, ou canal central, qui est tr\u00e8s apaisante.
