Cela cr\u00e9e un d\u00e9calage entre l&rsquo;image que nous avons de nous-m\u00eames et notre \u00eatre profond. Ce d\u00e9calage engendre du stress, car nous n&rsquo;agissons pas en harmonie avec notre essence. S\u00e9quence de claquements de mains<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Posture et Mudra\u00a0:<\/strong> Asseyez-vous dans une pose facile (Sukhasana).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mouvement :<\/strong> Frappez dans vos mains dans l&rsquo;ordre suivant :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Frappez vos deux cuisses avec la paume de vos mains.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frappez dans vos mains devant votre poitrine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ouvrez vos avant-bras en forme de V.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frappez vos deux cuisses avec la paume de vos mains.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous vous frapperez les cuisses deux fois de suite tout en continuant le cycle en rythme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dur\u00e9e :<\/strong> Continuer pendant 3 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fin:  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inspirez profond\u00e9ment et retenez votre respiration pendant 15 secondes. Fermez les yeux et laissez votre esprit vagabonder.
