Il est dit qu&rsquo;il influence le corps subtil (neuvi\u00e8me corps) et procure calme et ma\u00eetrise. Posture de la chaise avec rotations du cou<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Posture et mudra :<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Accroupissez-vous en posture de la chaise Kundalini. Gardez votre cou align\u00e9 avec votre colonne vert\u00e9brale et votre t\u00eate face au sol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mantra et mouvement :<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tournez la t\u00eate vers l&rsquo;\u00e9paule gauche en chantant \u00ab <em>WA<\/em> \u00bb (en imitant le bruit de l&rsquo;eau qui coule d&rsquo;une bouteille), avec un \u00ab <em>HE<\/em> \u00bb doux, presque inaudible. Tournez la t\u00eate vers l&rsquo;\u00e9paule droite en chantant \u00ab <em>GURU<\/em> \u00bb. Alternez \u00e0 un rythme mod\u00e9r\u00e9 pour cr\u00e9er un flux sonore continu.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dur\u00e9e:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continuez pendant 3 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fin:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspirez. Retenez votre respiration pendant 5 \u00e0 10 secondes.
