Placez vos paumes au sol, directement sous vos \u00e9paules, les bras tendus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mouvements et respiration\u00a0:<\/strong> Inspirez, cambrez le dos, \u00e9tirez la nuque vers le haut et ramenez la t\u00eate en arri\u00e8re. Expirez, redressez le dos en ramenant le menton vers la poitrine.
