Lorsque les \u00e9nergies de Prana et d&rsquo;Apana sont harmonieusement m\u00e9lang\u00e9es au niveau du nombril (chakra Manipura), la puissance de la Kundalini peut \u00eatre lib\u00e9r\u00e9e pour vous purifier et vous gu\u00e9rir. <\/p>\n\n<p>Les exercices 1, 2 et 3 stimulent les \u00e9nergies sexuelles, \u00e9liminatoires et ombilicales, et ach\u00e8vent l&amp;#39;harmonisation du Prana et de l&amp;#39;Apana au niveau du nombril. Les exercices 5, 6 et 7 se concentrent sur les chakras sup\u00e9rieurs et sur l&amp;#39;\u00e9nergie pranique au niveau des yeux et du c\u0153ur.
