Il est \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour le syst\u00e8me glandulaire et le foie. Sentez le vent passer pr\u00e8s de votre oreille tandis que votre main franchit votre \u00e9paule. Votre poignet droit doit d\u00e9passer votre lobe d\u2019oreille.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yeux\/Drishti :<\/strong> Pointe du nez (Point Lotus).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dur\u00e9e :<\/strong> Continuer pendant 11 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fin :<\/strong> R\u00e9p\u00e9tez 2 fois de plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspirez et retenez votre respiration pendant 15 secondes, en \u00e9tirant votre
