Pompes en triangle<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Posture et mudra\u00a0:<\/strong> Tenez-vous droit et penchez-vous en avant au niveau des hanches pour prendre la posture du triangle (Adho Mukha Svanasana). \u00c9tendez votre jambe droite vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re, sans plier le genou.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mouvement et respiration\u00a0:<\/strong> Expirez et pliez les coudes en abaissant la t\u00eate vers le sol. Inspirez et tendez les bras pour revenir \u00e0 la position de d\u00e9part.
