Moulin \u00e0 vent<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Posture et mudra\u00a0:<\/strong> Tenez-vous debout, les pieds l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus \u00e9cart\u00e9s que la largeur des \u00e9paules, les bras tendus sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s, paumes vers le bas.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mouvement\u00a0:<\/strong> Expirez en tournant le buste vers la gauche et en vous penchant en avant \u00e0 partir des hanches, en posant la main droite sur le pied gauche tout en levant le bras gauche au-dessus de la t\u00eate. Inspirez pour revenir \u00e0 la position de d\u00e9part. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dur\u00e9e\u00a0:<\/strong> Continuez ce mouvement de moulinet vers la gauche pendant 1 minute (\u00e0 un rythme de 10 secondes par cycle).
