Elle agit sur les plans physique, mental et \u00e9motionnel pour favoriser le bien-\u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.  Elle \u00e9quilibre les \u00e9nergies des chakras inf\u00e9rieurs, am\u00e9liorant la digestion et aidant \u00e0 surmonter les peurs. Le Sat Kriya renforce \u00e9galement le syst\u00e8me nerveux, apaise les \u00e9motions et canalise l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie cr\u00e9atrice, tonifiant le syst\u00e8me sexuel et favorisant une sexualit\u00e9 \u00e9panouie. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Modifications :<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La pose facile peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e \u00e0 la place de la pose rocheuse, si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le Pranam Mudra peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 la place du Kespana Mudra. (Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une variante destin\u00e9e aux personnes n&rsquo;ayant jamais consomm\u00e9 de drogues ou ayant suivi une cure de d\u00e9sintoxication. Cette variante lib\u00e8re davantage d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie que la m\u00e9thode traditionnelle et n&rsquo;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas enseign\u00e9e pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Concentrez-vous sur le fait de rentrer le nombril, et non sur l&rsquo;application de Mulabandha. Mulabandha se produit automatiquement lorsque vous rentrez le nombril. Cette concentration emp\u00eache toute rotation ou flexion du bas du dos.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La colonne vert\u00e9brale doit rester droite, et le seul mouvement des bras consiste en un l\u00e9ger mouvement de haut en bas \u00e0 chaque \u00ab <em>SAT NAM<\/em> \u00bb, car la poitrine se soul\u00e8ve et se dilate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N&rsquo;oubliez jamais de faire une relaxation profonde et prolong\u00e9e apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une m\u00e9thode efficace consiste \u00e0 faire des cycles de 3 minutes de kriya suivis de 2 minutes de repos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Terminez la s\u00e9ance par une relaxation finale de 15 \u00e0 20 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ne vous pr\u00e9cipitez pas pour atteindre 31 minutes.
