Le mot \u00ab\u00a0kriya\u00a0\u00bb signifie <em>\u00ab\u00a0action accomplie\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> , tandis que \u00ab\u00a0V\u00e9nus\u00a0\u00bb fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la d\u00e9esse romaine de l&rsquo;amour et de la beaut\u00e9. Comme toutes les kriyas, elles combinent postures (asanas), mudras (positions des mains), mantras, m\u00e9ditation et respiration (pranayama). Dans les Kriyas de V\u00e9nus, ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont utilis\u00e9s pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un champ \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique puissant et partag\u00e9 par le couple. Pratiqu\u00e9es avec attention et conscience, ces Kriyas cr\u00e9ent une \u00e9nergie positive qui purifie inconsciemment le couple, \u00e9l\u00e8ve sa vibration et \u00e9l\u00e8ve sa conscience commune \u00e0 travers les chakras, vers le divin.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Bien que les Kriyas de V\u00e9nus puissent ressembler au Yoga Tantrique Blanc au premier abord, elles sont diff\u00e9rentes et peuvent \u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9es sans le soutien de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie du groupe ni du Mahan Tantra. Les Kriyas de V\u00e9nus sont n\u00e9anmoins consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme une pratique avanc\u00e9e et puissante, car elles amplifient l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie en la faisant circuler \u00e0 travers la polarit\u00e9 du couple. Puisqu&rsquo;elles ne rel\u00e8vent pas du Yoga Tantrique Blanc, lors d&rsquo;un enseignement en groupe, les couples ne doivent pas s&rsquo;aligner ni s&rsquo;asseoir en rang\u00e9es pour partager l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie en diagonale\u00a0; cette \u00e9nergie est partag\u00e9e uniquement entre les deux partenaires pratiquant ensemble. Une Kriya de V\u00e9nus peut \u00eatre enseign\u00e9e dans un cours de yoga, en compl\u00e9ment d&rsquo;une kriya classique, mais les Kriyas de V\u00e9nus ne doivent pas constituer l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un cours ou d&rsquo;un atelier.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Ces kriyas \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s puissants, il est recommand\u00e9 qu&rsquo;ils soient pratiqu\u00e9s uniquement par des personnes ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 une certaine exp\u00e9rience du Kundalini Yoga. Cette pratique vise \u00e0 \u00e9lever l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie sexuelle et sensuelle du couple afin de d\u00e9velopper la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 percevoir le divin en chacun\u00a0; les Kriyas de V\u00e9nus ne doivent en aucun cas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s dans le but de s\u00e9duire ou de contr\u00f4ler autrui. Il est \u00e9galement conseill\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er une atmosph\u00e8re calme, inspirante et d\u00e9tendue pour la pratique. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9gler.<\/strong>  Asseyez-vous face \u00e0 face et joignez vos mains en position de pri\u00e8re. R\u00e9citez trois fois le mantra Adi, puis trois fois le mantra Mangala Charn ensemble. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reconnaissez la source chez votre partenaire.<\/strong>  Les mains toujours jointes en pri\u00e8re, regardez votre partenaire dans les yeux. Inclinez la t\u00eate en signe de reconnaissance de la conscience divine qui r\u00e9side en lui. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Projetez de l&rsquo;amour et de la lumi\u00e8re divine sur votre partenaire.<\/strong>  En vous regardant dans les yeux, projetez-vous mutuellement un amour et une lumi\u00e8re plus profonds. Par exemple, vous pouvez murmurer int\u00e9rieurement\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Tu es divin(e)\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0Je te respecte\u00a0\u00bb. Vous pouvez aussi cr\u00e9er un mantra, une affirmation positive ou simplement envoyer des pens\u00e9es d&rsquo;amour \u00e0 votre partenaire. Cela ouvre vos c\u0153urs et permet \u00e0 l&rsquo;amour v\u00e9ritable de s&rsquo;\u00e9panouir.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pratiquez le Kriya de V\u00e9nus.<\/strong>  R\u00e9glez un minuteur sur 3 minutes et suivez les instructions du Kriya de V\u00e9nus que vous avez choisi de pratiquer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Remerciez votre partenaire.<\/strong>  Lorsque vous avez termin\u00e9, \u00e9tirez-vous et effectuez des rotations du buste. Joignez ensuite vos mains en position de pri\u00e8re et dites \u00ab\u00a0Merci. Sat Nam.\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 votre partenaire.
