L&rsquo;inspiration et l&rsquo;expiration sont de m\u00eame dur\u00e9e, sans pause entre elles. Elle se pratique par les narines, bouche ferm\u00e9e, sauf indication contraire dans les instructions du kriya.  <\/p>\n\n<p>La respiration de feu sollicite les muscles du diaphragme et fait travailler vigoureusement le nombril et le plexus solaire. Pour expirer, l&rsquo;air est expuls\u00e9 puissamment par le nez gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une contraction rapide du diaphragme. Pour commencer, contractez le nombril et le plexus solaire en les ramenant vers la colonne vert\u00e9brale. Une fois cette contraction rel\u00e2ch\u00e9e, l&rsquo;air p\u00e9n\u00e8tre naturellement dans les poumons, et vous pouvez alors travailler un rythme rapide mais confortable.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Lorsque la Respiration du Feu est correctement ex\u00e9cut\u00e9e, il n&rsquo;y a aucune rigidit\u00e9 dans les mains, les pieds, le visage ou l&rsquo;abdomen, et la poitrine reste d\u00e9tendue et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement soulev\u00e9e tout au long du cycle respiratoire.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Certaines personnes trouvent facile de pratiquer la Respiration du Feu pendant 10 minutes d&rsquo;affil\u00e9e. On parle alors de respiration paradoxale, souvent li\u00e9e \u00e0 des crit\u00e8res de beaut\u00e9 irr\u00e9alistes, \u00e0 l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et au tabagisme. Pour \u00e9valuer votre respiration, posez une main sur votre poitrine et l&rsquo;autre sur votre ventre, puis pratiquez lentement la Respiration du Feu en pleine conscience, en vous laissant ressentir le flux naturel de votre abdomen.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gonflement exag\u00e9r\u00e9 du ventre.  <\/strong>N&rsquo;oubliez pas que la Respiration de Feu consiste en un l\u00e9ger pompage du diaphragme, et non en un mouvement athl\u00e9tique et intense. Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas d&rsquo;une respiration profonde et rauque qui remplit l&rsquo;estomac \u00e0 chaque expiration et inspiration compl\u00e8tes. La Respiration de Feu est propuls\u00e9e par le diaphragme et peut sembler presque sans effort une fois le rythme trouv\u00e9.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Perte du rapport \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 entre l&rsquo;inspiration et l&rsquo;expiration.  <\/strong>Pour trouver le bon \u00e9quilibre, commencez par l&rsquo;erreur. Inspirez beaucoup plus que vous n&rsquo;expirez \u00e0 chaque cycle de Respiration de Feu. En 30 secondes, vous ressentirez peut-\u00eatre une agitation et un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre respiratoires. Expirez alors beaucoup plus profond\u00e9ment que vous n&rsquo;inspirez. Presque imm\u00e9diatement, vous ressentirez peut-\u00eatre une perte de force, de la l\u00e9thargie, de la distraction ou de la d\u00e9pression. \u00c0 pr\u00e9sent, \u00e9quilibrez parfaitement
