Souvent appel\u00e9e posture du papillon ou parfois posture du cordonnier, elle stimule les chakras inf\u00e9rieurs \u2013 racine (Muladhara) et sacr\u00e9 (Svadhisthana) \u2013 et favorise la stabilit\u00e9, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre \u00e9motionnel. Physiquement, cette posture \u00e9tire l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur des cuisses, l&rsquo;aine et les hanches, ce qui est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour am\u00e9liorer la circulation, rel\u00e2cher les tensions et soutenir la sant\u00e9 reproductive. Elle est couramment pratiqu\u00e9e dans les s\u00e9quences de yoga restauratif et les kriyas \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, contribuant \u00e0 apaiser l&rsquo;esprit tout en augmentant la circulation du prana dans le bas du corps.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Baddha Konasana est souvent int\u00e9gr\u00e9e aux kriyas de Kundalini Yoga ax\u00e9es sur la sant\u00e9 reproductive, la souplesse et la lib\u00e9ration des blocages \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques du bas du corps.
