Te permite experimentar el profundo impacto que una respiraci\u00f3n consciente y poderosa puede tener en el flujo energ\u00e9tico de tu cuerpo y cultivar la paz interior. <\/p>\n\n<p>Esta kriya ayuda a regular el tono muscular del diafragma. Cuando el m\u00fasculo del diafragma es flexible y se contrae y relaja libremente, favorece una respiraci\u00f3n sana y m\u00e1s profunda que aumenta nuestro nivel de energ\u00eda. La secuencia de postura y respiraci\u00f3n estimula el chakra del coraz\u00f3n.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de unos minutos de pr\u00e1ctica, podr\u00edas sentir dolor en el \u00e1rea del diafragma. Esto puede indicar que tu m\u00fasculo diafragm\u00e1tico est\u00e1 d\u00e9bil y tu respiraci\u00f3n es superficial. Esta kriya ayuda al cuerpo a recuperar un rango adecuado de respiraci\u00f3n. Al principio puedes experimentar algo de dolor o sentirte un poco ansioso, pero a medida que contin\u00faes con la pr\u00e1ctica tu sistema nervioso empezar\u00e1 a autorregular el cuerpo y a calmar la mente.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Importante:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Esta kriya te har\u00e1 sentir muy bien.
