La intuici\u00f3n es un poder \u00fatil que puede atraer oportunidades, buena voluntad y \u00e9xito. El l\u00f3bulo frontal controla tu personalidad y el hipot\u00e1lamo tus funciones aut\u00f3nomas; se dice que el desarrollo de estos dos mejora (o eleva) tu vida.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Esta pr\u00e1ctica tambi\u00e9n se considera muy \u00fatil en el momento de la muerte, ya que respirar por ambas fosas nasales activa el Shushumna Nadi o el canal central, lo que resulta altamente neutralizador. Si logras ser completamente neutral en el momento de la muerte, no habr\u00e1 pecado, castigo o autoridad que pueda juzgarte, y transitar\u00e1s el cambio de manera r\u00e1pida y sencilla. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:40% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/aretepractice.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/EL-SI-118-and-EL-SI-115-1024x1024.png\" alt=\"Ilustraci\u00f3n de Elaine sentada en postura f\u00e1cil en surya mudra, con el rostro abierto y los ojos abiertos. Presurizar Ida y Pingala<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Postura y Mudra:<\/strong> si\u00e9ntate en Postura F\u00e1cil (Sukhasana) con la columna recta y una ligera luxaci\u00f3n de cuello (Jalandhara Bandha). Coloca ambas manos en Surya Mudra Activo, manteniendo los dedos restantes rectos. Mant\u00e9n los antebrazos paralelos al suelo con las palmas hacia arriba.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Movimiento y Respiraci\u00f3n: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inhala profundamente y con intensidad por ambas fosas nasales, con tanta fuerza que casi se cierren. Al mismo tiempo, eleva los mudras frente a la cara, como si los absorbieras con la respiraci\u00f3n. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhala y regresa las manos a la posici\u00f3n inicial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ojos\/Drishti:<\/strong> abiertos y mirando directamente al frente, paralelos al piso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duraci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Contin\u00faa de 3 a 4
