Al liberar la tensi\u00f3n muscular profunda, promueve una circulaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea \u00f3ptima, nutriendo tus c\u00e9lulas y eliminando toxinas. Forma un c\u00edrculo firme con la boca. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Movimiento y Respiraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Haz respiraci\u00f3n de ca\u00f1\u00f3n mientras elevas las piernas. Levanta ambas piernas a 90 grados y luego b\u00e1jalas manteniendo los pies flexionados y las rodillas rectas. Mu\u00e9vete r\u00edtmicamente con la respiraci\u00f3n.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duraci\u00f3n:<\/strong> contin\u00faa durante 5 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Final:<\/strong> Inhala y levanta ambas piernas.
