Al aceptarnos, con defectos y todo, podemos dejar de buscar la validaci\u00f3n externa. <\/p>\n\n<p>Esta meditaci\u00f3n te ayuda a liberarte de patrones de autosabotaje, superar las dudas sobre ti misma y cultivar la autocompasi\u00f3n. Mant\u00e9n la columna recta, sin mover el torso. Relaja los brazos a los costados y cierra los pu\u00f1os con ambas manos, extendiendo los pulgares hacia arriba.
