Si se practica durante 40 d\u00edas, puede renovar el cuerpo a nivel molecular. Levanta el brazo derecho hacia adelante, formando un \u00e1ngulo de 60 grados por encima del paralelo, con la palma hacia abajo. Extiende el dedo \u00edndice y bloquea los dem\u00e1s dedos con el pulgar. Extiende el brazo izquierdo hacia atr\u00e1s, formando un \u00e1ngulo de 60 grados por debajo del paralelo, con la palma hacia arriba.
