Ambas kriyas pueden ayudarte a desarrollar la autosuficiencia, para que no tengas que buscar nada fuera de ti.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Estas kriyas crean un estado estable para comenzar un gran d\u00eda equilibrando los tattvas, o los cinco elementos, en el cuerpo. Cuando los tattvas est\u00e1n desequilibrados, podemos sentirnos miserables, con ansias de cualquier otra cosa, malhumoradas, desmotivadas o incluso con ganas de pelear. Con los tattvas equilibrados, tenemos todos nuestros recursos internos alineados para afrontar con autosuficiencia los desaf\u00edos de cada d\u00eda.  <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:40% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/aretepractice.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/EL-SI-71-1-1024x1024.png\" alt=\"Ilustraci\u00f3n de Elaine sentada en postura f\u00e1cil con las manos en gyan mudra y la boca en O\" class=\"wp-image-8287 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MEDITACI\u00d3N 1: Versi\u00f3n larga con Respiraci\u00f3n de O<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Postura y Mudra:<\/strong> si\u00e9ntate en postura f\u00e1cil (Sukhasana) con las mu\u00f1ecas apoyadas sobre las rodillas y las palmas hacia arriba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mantra:<\/strong> el Panj Shabad \u201c <em>SA TA NA MA<\/em> \u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Movimiento y Respiraci\u00f3n: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inhala por la boca en forma de O mientras cantas \u201c <em>SA TA NA MA<\/em> \u201d mentalmente mientras presionas el pulgar y las yemas de los dedos juntos como en Kirtan Kriya.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Luego exhala por la boca en forma de O mientras cantas \u201c <em>SA TA NA MA<\/em> \u201d mentalmente mientras presionas el pulgar y las yemas de los dedos juntos como en Kirtan Kriya.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contin\u00faa respirando y cantando mentalmente en esta secuencia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ojos\/Drishti:<\/strong> centra tus ojos en la punta de la nariz (punto del loto).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duraci\u00f3n:<\/strong> contin\u00faa durante 11 minutos m\u00e1ximo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fin:<\/strong> repite esta secuencia dos veces m\u00e1s, apretando fuertemente todo tu cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inhala profundamente, suspende la respiraci\u00f3n durante diez segundos y cierra los pu\u00f1os con los pulgares hacia adentro. Aprieta los pu\u00f1os con fuerza mientras los mantienes apretados.
