Apoya las palmas de las manos en el suelo justo debajo de los hombros, con los brazos estirados. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Movimiento y Respiraci\u00f3n:<\/strong> inhala y arquea la columna hacia abajo, estira el cuello hacia arriba y lleva la cabeza hacia atr\u00e1s. Exhala y flexiona la columna hacia arriba, llevando la barbilla hacia el pecho. Contin\u00faa alternando r\u00edtmicamente entre estas dos posiciones, aumentando gradualmente la velocidad a medida que la columna se vuelve m\u00e1s flexible.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duraci\u00f3n:<\/strong> contin\u00faa durante 3 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fin:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inhala en postura de vaca (Bitilasana) y cont\u00e9n la respiraci\u00f3n durante 10 segundos.
