Contrario a la creencia popular, los mudras no son solo posiciones elegantes de la mano, sino que pueden involucrar y afectar todo el cuerpo. Como se explica en el libro   <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Asana-Pranayama-Bandha-Fourth-Revised\/dp\/8186336141\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAsana Pranayama Mudra y Bhanda<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\" de Swami Satyananada Saraswati, \u201cLos mudras son una combinaci\u00f3n de movimientos f\u00edsicos sutiles que alteran el estado de \u00e1nimo, la actitud y la percepci\u00f3n, y que profundizan la conciencia y la concentraci\u00f3n. Un mudra puede implicar a todo el cuerpo en una combinaci\u00f3n de asana, pranayama, bandha y t\u00e9cnicas de visualizaci\u00f3n, o puede ser una simple posici\u00f3n de las manos.\"<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los mudras controlan el Prana (energ\u00eda) de forma similar a un espejo que refleja la luz. Mediante la pr\u00e1ctica del mudra, se crean barreras dentro del cuerpo, que redirigen la energ\u00eda interior. Combinando todos estos elementos, tanto f\u00edsicos como de vibraci\u00f3n, consigues un cambio muy poderoso de la energ\u00eda de tu cuerpo que te ayuda a conseguir distintos efectos y a conectar con tu yo eterno.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los mudras pueden hacerse casi en cualquier sitio y situaci\u00f3n, por lo que son una forma pr\u00e1ctica de ajustar tu mente, cuerpo y energ\u00eda, seg\u00fan las exigencias de la vida cotidiana. Por ejemplo, podr\u00edas formar un mudra con las manos bajo la mesa durante una reuni\u00f3n para ayudarte a ser m\u00e1s paciente, sabio o estar m\u00e1s alerta. <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-12dfba7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"12dfba7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Categor\u00edas de Mudras:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d9f3940 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d9f3940\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los mudras son sellos energ\u00e9ticos que dirigen la circulaci\u00f3n del Prana de maneras particulares. Por ejemplo, en lugar de ser atrapado por pensamientos que te dan la impresi\u00f3n de que no eres lo suficientemente bueno, los mudras pueden ayudar a crear un bucle de energ\u00eda aut\u00f3nomo que se regenera y te fortalece. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existen cinco grandes categor\u00edas de mudras:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Hast Mudra (mudras de la mano):<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> La gente suele asociar el t\u00e9rmino \u201cmudras\" a esta categor\u00eda. Los mudras se crean colocando las manos de una forma determinada que genera un bucle\/sello energ\u00e9tico entre el cerebro y las manos favoreciendo el sistema nervioso, etc. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Mana Mudras (mudras de la cabeza): <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">los Mana Mudras se crean colocando la cabeza y sus distintas partes (por ejemplo, los ojos, las orejas, la nariz, la lengua y los labios) de una forma determinada que permite al sistema nervioso relajarse.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Kaya Mudra (mudras posturales):<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> estas pr\u00e1cticas utilizan posturas f\u00edsicas combinadas con la respiraci\u00f3n y la concentraci\u00f3n para lograr una sensaci\u00f3n de disciplina interior.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Bandhas (mudras de cerradura):<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> estos mudras combinan cerraduras de determinados grupos musculares transversales (como el diafragma y el suelo p\u00e9lvico) para estimular los flujos de energ\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de los chakras. <\/span> <\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Adhara Mudras (mudras perineales):<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Estos mudras comprometen el perineo, los m\u00fasculos del suelo p\u00e9lvico y los \u00f3rganos internos para redirigir el prana desde los chakras inferiores y la tierra hacia los chakras superiores. No todos los lugares de tu cuerpo tienen la misma sensibilidad. De hecho, puedes examinar una imagen del   <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/gizmodo.com\/how-your-brain-sees-your-body-meet-the-cortical-homunc-5670064\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hombre Corteza (nombre cient\u00edfico: Hom\u00fanculo Cortical)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que muestra qu\u00e9 parte del cerebro se asigna a las distintas partes del cuerpo. En esta imagen, puedes ver claramente que las manos, los pies, los ojos y la boca reciben la mayor parte de la potencia de procesamiento del cerebro.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como se describe en el Manual del Maestro Acuariano, \u201cLos yoguis trazaron un mapa de las zonas de la mano y sus reflejos asociados. Cada zona de la mano conecta con una determinada parte del cuerpo o del cerebro, representando diferentes emociones y comportamientos. Las manos se convierten en un teclado de entrada para nuestro sistema energ\u00e9tico mente-cuerpo\". Cada mudra establece una conexi\u00f3n \u00fanica e influye en el cuerpo, la mente, el esp\u00edritu y el prana de un modo singular. El objetivo es utilizar los gestos y posturas repetitivos para ayudarte a liberarte de pautas arraigadas y cultivar un nivel de conciencia que pueda liberarte de las tendencias humanas que no te
